Welcome to MY SPOT. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MY SPOT services, including our website and physical facilities in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
MY SPOT offers creative space rentals for: • Content creation (photos and videos) • Podcast production • Video production • Corporate events • Private events • Creative sessions and workshops We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Reservations
• All reservations require a 50% deposit to be confirmed. • The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the event or upon arrival. • Reservations with less than 48 hours notice require direct contact. • Reservations are non-transferable without prior authorization. • You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
4. Payments and Billing
• We accept credit/debit cards, ATH Móvil, and bank transfers. • All prices are in US dollars (USD). • Prices may vary based on time and day of the week. • Additional charges may apply for extra equipment, additional time, or extraordinary cleaning.
5. Client Conduct
Clients must: • Treat facilities and equipment with care. • Maintain a respectful environment. • Comply with maximum capacity (48 people). • Not engage in illegal activities on the premises. • Respect reservation schedules. • Leave the space in reasonable condition. We reserve the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
MY SPOT shall not be liable for: • Loss or damage to personal belongings. • Injuries caused by client negligence. • Technical failures beyond our control. • Loss of data or content created at our facilities. The client assumes full responsibility for damages caused to facilities or equipment.
7. Intellectual Property
• All content created by clients at our facilities belongs to the client. • MY SPOT may request permission to use images or videos from events for promotion. • The client grants permission unless otherwise notified at the time of booking. • The MY SPOT brand, logo, and promotional materials are the exclusive property of MY SPOT.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
